Section I: Introduction

 

            This includes a brief summary of the experiment or laboratory investigation, what you

            were testing or observing, what were your expected results, and what you think those

            results may prove.

 

Section II: Materials

 

            This should be a complete list of all equipment and materials used.

 

Section III: Methods

 

            Describe in detail exactly what, when, and how you completed the experiment or

            observation. Include measurements, amounts, and the exact procedures you used.

 

Section IV: Results

 

            Describe the results of your experiment. Give as many details as you can,

            but provide only the facts you observed, not your interpretations of the results.

 

Section V: Discussion and Conclusions

 

            Summarize the experiment, its results, and conclusions, in narrative form.

            Include a bit about how your results or observations be used in future experiments.
